1. Do you use fresh flowers?

No — all of our arrangements are made using dried and preserved florals only. They’re long-lasting, low maintenance, and designed to stay beautiful for months (or even years).

2. How long do dried flowers last?

With the right care, your arrangement can last anywhere from 6 months to a few years. Keep it out of direct sunlight, away from humidity, and never water it.

3. Do you take custom orders?

Yes! Our Custom Arrangement option lets you choose your preferred size and colour palette. Each piece is handmade and completely unique.

4. Can I request a specific colour or flower?

You can absolutely request a colour theme (like “neutrals,” “pink tones,” or “blue”). Specific flowers depend on what’s available at the time, but we’ll always stay true to your chosen vibe.

5. Do you offer delivery?

Yes — we offer delivery within a 15km radius of Ermington. Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

6. How long will my order take to be ready?

Orders are usually ready within 2–4 business days, depending on size and design. If you need something urgently, just get in touch — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

7. How should I care for my dried flowers?

Keep your blooms:

  • Out of direct sunlight
  • Away from moisture or humidity
  • Free from dust — gently clean with a soft brush or cool hairdryer on low

Follow these tips and they’ll stay lovely for a long time.

8. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Because each piece is custom and handmade, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges. If something isn’t right, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we’ll make it right.

9. Can I order a gift for someone?

Definitely! Just add the recipient’s delivery details at checkout and we’ll make sure it’s beautifully packaged.

10. Do you do event florals?

Yes — we create custom dried floral pieces for events, including weddings, corporate styling, and special occasions.

11. Do you offer same-day delivery?

At this stage, we don’t offer same-day delivery as each piece is made to order. If you need something quickly, send us a message before ordering — we might be able to work some magic.
